There are a few ways to transform Mayrina back into a human. Doing so will foil evil Auntie Ethel’s plans once more in Baldur’s Gate 3.

In Act 1 of Baldur’s Gate 3, your group can rescue Mayrina from a terrible circumstance. Even though she might not be pleased about it at first, by Act 3, when you save her again, she will be grateful. This is the campaign’s last act, when you will eventually arrive at Rivington and Baldur’s Gate, the magnificent metropolis. Many of the early decisions you made will eventually pay dividends in the form of new allies or prizes.

It is up to your troop of explorers to assemble strong allies for the last stand. In the Lower City area of Baldur’s Gate, Mayrina reappears, along with her husband, should you decide to bring him back to life. In Baldur’s Gate 3, use this method to break the curse that has made Mayrina a sheep.

Find the Hag Survivors

You can stumble into posters discussing a group of Hag Survivors while out and about in the city. This organization is based in the dilapidated structure known as Old Garlow’s Place, located in the Lower City area of Baldur’s Gate, much to the south. It is located between Felogyr’s Fireworks and the Counting House. It is located close to the following coordinates: X: -59, Y: -141.

The leader of this new organization is Adrielle. When you initially arrive, they will assume you are an agent of the Hag. You will have to fight them if you fail the persuade check. They will inform you that Mayrina is cursed and that she is upstairs if you can convince them you are not a threat. When you get upstairs, you’ll see that Mayrina has changed into a sheep that makes strange noises. If her spouse has been resurrected, he will be by her side.

Solution #1: Help Mayrina by Killing Jatko

Pay attention to Jatko if you must battle the survivors but do not want to murder them. If you do this, it will become clear that he is actually a redcap opponent employed by the Hag. If you can persuade the group you’re friendly with to reveal his actual form, you can also assault him. He will call forth armored crabs if he survives one turn. Kill these crabs quickly in order to preserve the surviving Hag. If you defeat him, the magic will be broken and Mayrina will return to normal.

Solution #2: Destroy the doll to aid Mayrina.

You can look for a bizarre laughing doll in the upper room if you don’t want to use force. It will teleport if you try to pick it up. To break the curse, use your strongest character to attack the doll. Although it has 30 health, Mayrina will lose 1 health point after each attack. You have eight opportunities to vanquish it before she is slain because she only has eight health points. To finish it out, just look and listen for its laughing as it teleports after every hit. It won’t teleport outside of the building’s top story.

Solution #3: Help Mayrina by Using Remove Curse

The simplest way to transform her back is by using the Remove Curse Spell. This is a spell that your druids, warlocks, clerics, and wizards should have learned very early on. Prepare the spell in your spellbook and cast it on the sheep to transform her back.
