Granblue Fantasy: Relink requires solitary players to utilize the AI characters in the game. The top ones are listed here.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Even if they play Granblue Fantasy: Relink offline and rely only on AI assistance, players may still enjoy the questing experience.
- Even while under AI control, Vane, Siegfried, Rackam, Eugen, and Cagliostro remain invaluable crew members.
- The AI in the game maximizes these characters’ potential and adds to the overall gameplay experience by effectively utilizing their talents.
Even if players want to play Granblue Fantasy: Relink entirely offline, they may still enjoy the questing experience. But with no other players in the group, players will be completely dependent on the AI to keep an eye on them.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s AI is more than capable of handling even the most difficult tasks, but players should have a much better experience if they choose characters who are easier for the computer to handle. For those who are interested, here are some fantastic crew members that may still be quite valuable even when managed by AI.
Vane
Capable Attacker and Defender
- Role: Tank
- Element: Water
When it comes to tanks, Vane is a good addition to any squad that needs a front-line fighter. If players choose to unlock him first, he may be rather useful even early in the game. He can draw aggro, deal effective DPS with his powerful axe swings, stun opponents for Link Attacks, and create an invincibility field to defend everyone.
Aside from the occasional abuse of Vane’s invincibility talent, the AI uses his skills rather well. Newcomers to the post-story objectives will quickly discover that, after most missions, the AI-controlled Vane will frequently be the team’s MVP.
Siegfried
Highly Mobile Damage Dealer
Siegfried is one of the most mobile melee fighters in Granblue Fantasy: Relink, and that’s largely due to his lunge attack. Having Siegfried on the team means someone will always be up in a boss’s face, even if the target repositions or knocks everyone back. As an added cherry on top, Siegfried isn’t a selfish DPS unit—hhe can reduce the DEF of targets, making them take more damage from everyone in the party.
Siegfried’s lunge and perfect timing feature are both well-utilized by the AI, so players won’t have to worry about timing their attacks because Siegfried will typically inflict maximum damage.
Rackam
Red-Hot Ranged DPS
- Role: DPS
- Element: Fire
In order to finish objectives swiftly after they reach the endgame, players should try to optimize their DPS uptime as much as they can. Rackam may assist with this by continuously unleashing ranged strikes, particularly if he equips all of the greatest sigils. He can continue stacking those numbers even if his target is using lethal close-range attacks since he doesn’t need to go inside slapping distance to deliver damage.
Fortunately, the AI can utilize Rackam’s ranged assaults with some degree of proficiency. Though it’s unusual to see him be struck, when it does happen, the rest of the group will be able to sustain him.Rackam will assist in quickly overthrowing even the most powerful bosses, as long as everyone else concentrates on performing their duties.
Eugen
Backline Sniper
- Role: DPS
- Element: Earth
Eugen is just like Rackam when it comes to inflicting long-range damage. He’s an ideal character for the AI to manage because his playstyle isn’t as aggressive or chaotic as some other damage dealers. Eugen will be positioned at the back, dousing enemies with explosives and his potent ranged bullets while he tries to stay out of close quarters.
It’s important for players to include someone who can relieve Eugen of some of the burden if they decide to include him in the fight. If you’re looking for a DPS that can draw opponent aggro, Narmaya is a fantastic option aside from Vane. Eugen will keep the group closer to victory with each shot he makes, as long as he can shoot nonstop.
Captain
Support Unit With Good Buff Variety
- Role: Support/Sub-DPS
- Element: Wind
Gran/Djeeta offers several good build routes, but players should bring the captain along if they want a player that can bring a wide range of various boosts to the field. Every scenario may be handled by the captain’s support spells, which range from increasing ATK to applying Damage Cut, dispelling buffs, providing regeneration, and charging the team’s SBA gauge to enable more frequent employment of the best strikes.
Regarding the Captain, it should be noted that the AI might not always fully utilize the character’s art mechanics. In actuality, this isn’t a huge concern, but some players may find it bothersome that the Captain bot seems to be spamming their skills while they’re not on cooldown.
Cagliostro
Premium Support with High Burst Damage
- Role: Support/Sub-DPS
- Element: Earth
At any point in the game, Cagliostro is a fantastic support character, especially for a team that needs someone to increase their overall damage output. Her phantasmagoria ability allows damage dealers to inflict more damage than normal by increasing the party’s ATK, DEF, and critical hit rate.
Cagliostro is not just a strong buffer but also a healer, burst damage dealer, and destroyer of opponent DEF. Whenever someone feels the urge to maximize their party’s damage, they should all unlock this high-value character. The AI can also manage all of her duties really effectively. While a true Cagliostro player with flawless combo knowledge will always be able to outplay the AI, the bot may still make a significant difference in the overall gameplay experience.
