In Honkai: Star Rail, Misha, an Ice and Destruction Path character, may make use of a range of lightcone choices.

Misha, a 4-star Ice character, joined as one of the first playable characters in Honkai: Star Rail’s Penacony map with the version 2.0 release. She seeks to provide more choices for AoE capabilities for players looking to increase their DPS options. That being said, Misha still has considerable potential for damage, especially when constructed correctly and outfitted with the appropriate light cones, despite the fact that some have compared him to some 5-star Destruction characters like Jingliu.

As an all-ATK scaling character with Skill and Ultimate emphasis, Misha does have a lot of nice choices available to him. Because of this, Misha may gain from a lot of free-to-play or other light cones of various rarities, provided that they can raise his DMG, ATK, or Crit Values, which are his main stats in Honkai: Star Rail. Unfortunately, because Misha lacks an HP loss mechanism, he does not truly benefit from the recently introduced Forgotten Hall light cone choices like Flames Afar.

Sky Collapse

Increases the wearer’s Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 40%.

Although Misha’s Ultimate is the source of his main DPS, players must use his Skill often and accumulate Hits Per Action to maximize its output. Thus, even if Misha won’t gain as much from raising the Basic ATK, he may still profit from raising his Skill DMG further with Collapsing Sky. Nonetheless, Collapsing Sky will function the best in contrast to the other 3-star rarity possibilities.

Beneath the Blue Sky

Increases the wearer’s ATK by 16%. When the wearer defeats an enemy, the wearer’s CRIT Rate increases by 12% for 3 turns.

With Misha’s ability to strike neighboring targets with his skill and maybe all targets with his ultimate bounce, players can easily and frequently activate the secondary effect when facing a large number of foes in a combat. Furthermore, Misha’s increased Crit Rate from his Skill Tree Traces makes constructing him much simpler for players, who may use this light cone to concentrate mostly on Crit DMG from the relics.

Not a Place to Run

Increases the wearer’s ATK by 24%. Whenever the wearer defeats an enemy, they restore HP equal to 12% of their ATK.

If you want to give Misha more ATK and some resilience by healing him after killing an enemy, “Nowhere To Run” is another choice that is comparable to “Under the Blue Sky.” Therefore, the decision between these two light cones ultimately comes down to players’ personal tastes, higher superimposition, and min-maxing specific metrics. Notably, although “Under the Blue Sky” may be obtained via the Gacha system, “Nowhere To Run” is only available to players who have purchased the Nameless Glory Battle Pass, meaning that players who do not wish to play for free cannot access it.

When the wearer uses Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate to attack enemies, the wearer gains one stack of Mischievous. Each stack increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%.

With a possible gain of up to 36% ATK stat even in the absence of superimpositions, “The Moles Welcome You” has the highest potential for maximum stat acquisition. Though players must primarily focus on Skill or Ultimate, it can be the best 4-star light cone choice for those with balanced and desired Crit Values, provided they remember to use Misha’s Basic Attack at least once.

5-Star Lighting Cones

As far as 5-star light cone options go, Misha can also benefit from most of them, except for Blade’s signature light cone, The Unreachable Side, as it focuses on increasing HP alongside Crit Rate, which is not entirely ideal for him except for increasing his overall survivability. On the other hand, he can make good use of plenty of signature light cones from other 5-star characters, as follows:

  • I Shall Be My Own Sword: While its first effect, which increases Crit DMG, generally allows it to be a good option for Misha as a stat stick, in his case, activating the conditional effect may not be as consistent as Misha won’t be able to drain an ally’s HP on his own like Jingliu. However, even then, it can be a solid option.
  • Brighter Than the Sun: While Misha should generally focus on using his Skill to gain stacks for his ultimate, using Basic Attacks will boost his Energy Regen along with ATK, while also providing additional Crit Rate. In cases where Misha is paired with Skill Point-heavy supports, it can come in quite handy, since he can also gain Hits Per Action stacks through his Talent when allies use Skill Points instead.
  • Something Irreplaceable: Clara’s signature light cone has a decent ATK buff without any added conditions, and can further help with Misha’s DMG and healing upon certain conditions such as being hit, or defeating an enemy.

On the Aeon’s Decline

Whenever the wearer attacks, their ATK is increased by 16% in this battle. This effect can stack up to 4 times. When the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on enemies, the wearer’s DMG increases by 24% for 2 turns.

All of the aforementioned 5-star light cones can be very useful on Misha, but as they are either scarce or only available through gacha, it might not be worth equipping them there rather than on the characters they are intended for. Thus, “On the Fall of an Aeon” becomes a fantastic choice that is fully F2P friendly and increases his DMG and ATK. But in order to get the most out of this light cone, gamers must use Misha against opponents that are vulnerable to the Ice element.
